Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee core accounting activities and deliver reliable financial reporting for a growing renewable energy organization. This position plays a central role in maintaining strong financial governance, supporting complex multi-entity operations, and providing leadership with meaningful insights for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting knowledge, a hands-on management style, and experience in project-driven environments such as construction, infrastructure, or energy development.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycle to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting across the business.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities while maintaining alignment with U.S. GAAP and company accounting standards.
