Control Room Operator

PABC Security Solutions is seeking a proactive, reliable and highly organised Control Room Operator to assist with daily operational control, site monitoring, reporting, staff coverage and client communication.
The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly, monitor operations and respond promptly to site shortages, incidents and client concerns.
Responsibilities
Liaise with sites to ensure all locations are properly staffed, operational and compliant.
Monitor client WhatsApp groups, internal reporting groups, patrol reports, site updates and operational feedback.
Report punctually in groups, elevate concerns and ensure shortages and site coverage issues are dealt with promptly.
Use Tracker.com to monitor mobile supervisors and managers, including operational movement, site visits and route compliance.
Operate Hikvision off-site CCTV cameras and assist with CCTV surveillance and operational monitoring.
