Job Description
- Take an active part, at the start of the service, in the documentation of general and specific operational procedures for the various existing jobs.
- Technical reference for the rest of the team.
- Support the Service Manager.
- Takes part in monitoring, managing and optimising the daily batch, diagnosing cancellations and resolving them.
Qualifications
- Process documentation and 24x7 planning services experience.
- Fully operational English (C1).
- Experience of scheduling and using M-control (scheduler/job schedulers) in mainframe/zOs environments.
- Experience with JCL and/or Cobol language.
