- **BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in an accounting role.

- **Knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment is required.

- **SAP & Oracle HFM experience preferred.

- The plant controller is responsible for leading the finance and accounting activities for our manufacturing facility located in Tecate, Mexico.
The role is responsible for the annual and quarterly budgeting process and is a key partner in the monthly operational review
- This position will report directly to the AMS (Advanced Material Solutions) business unit's Global Operations Controller with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
- Serves as the primary partner to our Plant Manager to drive operational performance improvement, using data to assist in managerial oversight.
