Contracts Validation & Coordination Specialist

SPX Express seeks a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to streamline the COL pipeline by implementing a rigorous pre-validation step before submissions reach Legal. You will act as the critical checkpoint between Expansion PICs and Legal, ensuring complete, accurate, and consistent documentation.

This role requires 1–3 years in contract administration or related fields, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to push back on incomplete submissions.
