JDK Maintenance, a family‑owned New Zealand business with offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Waikato, is hiring multi‑skill maintenance and landscaping team members. The role covers a wide range of building maintenance, shop fit‑out, and outdoor maintenance tasks.

Required Trades & Skills

• Painting
• Plastering
• Building (concreting, cabinetry, steel work, etc.)
• Waterblasting / Graffiti removal
• Tiling
• Landscaping (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, gardening, mulching)

Responsibilities

• Work independently or as part of a team, including supervising small teams when required.
• Perform daily tasks such as painting, building, plastering, waterblasting, tiling, general maintenance, landscaping, and shop fit‑out work.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the JDK office.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
