Contracts, Records & Ops Supervisor

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Contracts, Records & Ops Supervisor, located in SãoPaulo, Brazil or Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, records management, and operational processes within Commercial Excellence (Education sub‑function). The Supervisor will lead and support activities that enable efficient contract administration, compliance, and operational excellence while partnering with cross‑functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive consistency, improve processes, and directly support high‑quality healthcare education initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and coordination of contract and bid documentation, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance requirements are met.
• Collect, review, and analyze technical, financial, and legal information to support contracting processes and decision‑making.
