About The Role
Role Summary: Working closely with the Operations Director, the Contracts Manager will direct and manage project teams, manage client requirements and relationships, and help develop the business in the UK. The position requires full ownership and responsibility for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of multiple projects in accordance with deadlines, budgets, programme and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining clear roles, responsibilities and deliverables to all project teams
- Planning, managing and delivering all contracts in a performance and fashion that epitomizes the company’s vision, strategy and values
- Managing, directing, educating, coaching and mentoring project staff while promoting continual improvement
