Contracts Manager

At Tarmac, we are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead operational performance across our NRP / Circularity function in the UK. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple contracts, lead high‑performing teams, and play a vital part in delivering safe, efficient and commercially successful operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of contracts and ensure they are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives.

• Lead the delivery of operational strategy, ensuring contracts meet budget, performance targets, and company standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day contract performance, including programme delivery, forecasting and post‑contract evaluation.
