About the Opportunity:Supports the business team and Contract Director in the effective review, negotiation, and management of contracts to enable achievement of business plan goals, while minimizing the company's contractual risk and liability. They are heavy in commercial government contracting.
What You'll Do:In-depth understanding of government contracting terms, compliance, legal clauses, risk interpretation and mitigation in contracts for executing legal documents to ensure there is no/minimum risk to company and protected against any liabilities.
