Contracts Manager

Description We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support legal and business stakeholders with the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements in Ewing, New Jersey. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is detail oriented and can manage contract workflows, reduce risk, and help evaluate the onboarding of an AI vendor within a legal department. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, experience with SaaS-related agreements, and the ability to keep contract activity organized and moving efficiently.
