Contracts Manager – Design & Construct - Urgently needed

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist Eng, or Professional Construction Project Manager.
• Must have 15 years of experience in heavy civil engineering.
• Must have 10 years of experience as a Contracts Manager on projects exceeding R300 million.
• Must have experience in Design & Construct (EPC) projects.
• Must have extensive knowledge of FIDIC Silver Book.
• Must have experience with large-diameter steel pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Must have advanced knowledge of CCS, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Must have strong commercial and contractual management skills.
