**Role Overview:**

Reporting directly to the Head of Contracts the **Contracts Manager** is responsible for managing allocated elements of the Logistics, Commodities and Services Delivery Partner Contract and supporting commercial delivery across the Programme.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Lead on allocated elements of the LCST Delivery Partner Contract, associated contract changes, commissioning activities and on-contract growth opportunities
+ Develop strong working relationships across customer, programme and functional teams
+ Act as a key commercial interface with MOD stakeholders, including the Commissioning Management Organisation (CMO)
+ Provide advice and support to programme teams with interpretation of contractual obligations
