Contracts Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize contract review workload, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee the application of Group Legal and Commercial standards, support the implementation of efficient processes, and provide strategic leadership.
• Manage the application of relevant Group Legal and Commercial across the supported business, in conjunction with commercial lead(s).
• Assist/support the implementation of common ways of working to maximise value, gain efficiencies and minimise risk to Wood.
• Managing and maintaining key internal interfaces within supported businesses.
• Champion and promote the application of the Financial Management Framework.

Requirements

• JD (or international equivalent)
• Currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in Canada and US
