Lead the end-to-end management of commercial offers, Value base proposals, public and private tender processes for the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely, competitive and fully compliant bid submissions that maximise product access, market share and revenue.Design and implement contracting strategies — including hospital framework agreements, regional listing contracts and outcome-based arrangements — that secure sustainable pricing and volume commitments in line with the market access strategy.Build and sustain productive relationships with procurement authorities, hospital procurement teams, pharmacy committees and payer institutions, positioning Takeda as a reliable and value-driven commercial partner.Lead and develop a team of tender and contracting specialists, embedding a high-performance, compliant and insight-driven approach to tender and contracting excellence across the assigned geography: 1.
