As a key contributor at Public Spaces Incubator, you will plan, lead, and facilitate design sprints aiming to enhance digital experiences for diverse user groups. Your role involves working closely with the product director and team members to shape project briefs and synthesize data into actionable insights. You will also coach non-designing team members on understanding user flows and stories while ensuring innovative and inclusive user experiences.

• Co-lead design sprints focused on AI and public conversation
• Develop well-structured project briefs and knowledge bases
• Guide teams through prototyping and sketching activities
• Coach engineers on design processes and user journeys
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sprint artifacts
