What you will do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a Contract Specialist role. This position plays a critical part in reviewing and finalizing contracts ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about legal and commercial frameworks to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
How you will do it:- Review contracts based on priorities.
- Identify risks pitfalls and mitigation measures via transfer or annulment of risk by use of appropriate amendments to contract language.
- Identify restrictive trade practices under the Contract; report it via formal procedures and negotiate such non-permissible practices out of the Contract.
- Facilitate legal review as applicable.
