Responsibilities Uses knowledge of Department of Defense, Department of Navy, and Marine Corps Non-appropriated Fund rules and regulations for the procurement of a wide range of commercial equipment, supplies and services. Performs pre-award and post award contract functions to include solicitation development, financial analysis, negotiation, and contract administration supporting the NAF Business and Support Services Division (MR), the Marine and Family Programs Division (MF) and Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) activities.
