Contract Software engineer (.Net, Blazor)

Role Overview

Work for a top‑notch brand in the business insurance space across 26 countries with 11,000 employees worldwide. Part of a new squad, expanding the team in an open and well‑knit environment. This is a contract role with an initial 3‑month period and a high possibility of extension. Flexible & hybrid: Tuesdays & Thursdays mandatory in office (3 days per week). Auckland CBD based.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a large digital portal and core systems upgrade.
• Assist in launching a new product in the underwriting space.
• Collaborate with the team on technical discussions and deliver high‑quality code.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial development experience as a backend/full‑stack developer.
• Proficient in C# .NET (non‑negotiable) and experience with Blazor (preferred).
