Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other stages of the selection process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
