The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de Mexico (hybrid role).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple legal entities in Mexico, covering both unionized and salaried employees.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with union agreements, local labor laws, and applicable benefits.
• Lead initiatives to improve and automate payroll processes, leveraging technology and innovative solutions.
• Guarantee timely payments to government institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll tax authorities.
