Role Overview

You will support/lead the delivery of multi-million-pound external workstreams within the Lewisham borough and surrounding. Your focus will be on the long-term lifecycle of the housing stock, specifically targeting externals such as roofing, window/door replacements, cyclical decorations, and cladding remediation (EWI).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle of external works, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Commercial Management: Take full P&L responsibility for your workstreams. This includes managing WIP (Work in Progress), Valuations, and Final Accounts.
