Job Description

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and procurement-related matters for large-scale industrial projects, ensuring that projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, within budget, and with controlled risk exposure.

The role provides commercial leadership and contractual assurance , supporting project delivery teams while protecting the company’s financial and contractual interests and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Contract Manager will play a critical role in commercial governance, risk management, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and management of client and subcontractor contracts from pre-award through project close-out.
• Monitor project cost performance, variations, claims, and payment certifications to ensure financial objectives are met.
