As an Admin Key User, you act as the functional expert for our systems while also supporting operational teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. You ensure smooth system usage, support business processes, and act as a bridge between operations, IT, and customers.
In addition to system ownership, you will contribute to customer service excellence and business analysis activities, helping improve processes, performance, and overall service quality
