+ **Draft and Structure Agreements:** Create, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts—including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and SaaS/licensing agreements—translating commercial goals into robust legal terms.
+ **Lead Negotiations:** Manage contract negotiations with external vendors, clients, and counterparties to secure favorable legal and commercial terms that minimize corporate exposure.
