In our Office of General Counsel, you’ll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world‑class legal, tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Draft and Structure Agreements: Create, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts—including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS/licensing agreements—translating commercial goals into robust legal terms.
• Lead Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations with external vendors, clients, and counterparties to secure favorable legal and commercial terms that minimize corporate exposure.
• Advise Stakeholders: Serve as a trusted legal resource for internal teams (such as Procurement, Sales, IT, ...
