About the Role
We are seeking a capable IT professional to take charge of day-to-day IT operations and staff support, while also working across IT governance, policy, and digital and AI initiatives.
This contract role is suited for someone with several years of IT experience, who is comfortable being hands‑on while taking on a broader role in strengthening how IT is managed, governed, and improved across the organisation. You will work alongside our outsourced IT service provider in a lean, fast‑moving organisation, with opportunities to develop and strengthen these areas over time.
Job Duties & Responsibilities 1. IT Operations & End-User Support- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to staff, including AV setup for meetings, events and board meetings. Oversee onboarding and offboarding of IT accounts and equipment, and manage the IT asset inventory, including phased replacement of ageing devices.
