SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

What we need you to do:

Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract work.
Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements.
Prepare progress claims to ensure effective project management.
Prepare, call and evaluate quotation as well as value variation orders.
Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage the processing of claims from subcontractors related to project matters.
What we need from you:

Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Well versed on up-to-date material costing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad
Possess strong contractual knowledge, negotiation and leadership skills.
Analytical and objective driven personality.
Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight deadline and fast paced environment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience.
