DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties.
2.Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities.
3.To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements
4.Coordinate materials and equipment delivery schedule.
5.Interpret contract and tender documents.
6.To attend monthly progress meeting on site.
7.Able to handle pre & post contract duties and site operation.
8.To perform any other task assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
9.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotation are received.
10.Prepare variation order cost and finalize project accounts together with the Project Team.
