Contract Compliance Officer

What the role is:

This role is part of MHA’s Civilian Generalist career track. Learn more: contract compliance operations within SCDF's Corporate Services Group by processing procurement transactions via SAP system, conducting building & infrastructure verification work, and supporting compliance activities. Handle routine contract compliance tasks, process procurement requests, verify building & infrastructure claims (preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and final bill of quantity), assist in contractual dispute resolution, and provide basic guidance to SCDF units on compliance matters. Work with 7 other senior contract compliance officers/contract compliance officers under the guidance of Manager, Compliance.
