Job Description

Location: Silao, Guanajuato (on‑site).

The Contract & Claim Manager will report operationally to the Project Lead, who will act as the main point of contact (FIDIC and Non‑FIDIC) for task planning, supervision, and performance review. The CCM will also coordinate closely with the Project Lead and relevant functional teams. Formal validations will be performed by Legal, Procurement, Finance, and PMO as per internal governance.

Overview of the role

• Oversee the contractual and claims management process during execution.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and help mitigate risks.
• Oversee project execution and lead the contract management execution strategy.
• Help ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, as much as possible.
