The opportunity

As a Tender & Quotation Specialist, you will lead the preparation and submission of complex substation tenders across the South Africa region. You will work closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, project management, legal, quality, and customer stakeholders to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals while ensuring compliance with business processes and customer requirements.

How you’ll make an impact Own and manage medium- to high‑complexity tenders from opportunity assessment through final submission. Coordinate with operating units, engineering teams, project managers, supply chain, legal, quality, HSE, consultants, and customers to ensure timely and high‑quality proposal delivery. Support bid qualification activities, including prequalification reviews for Bid/No‑Bid assessments.
