Contract attorney

Job Purpose:
Manage end-to-end commercial contract operations and legal process workflows while supporting global Saa S, procurement, privacy, and AI governance initiatives. This role focuses on contract drafting, negotiation, CLM operations, compliance support, and enabling scalable legal operations through process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Who You Are:
LLB or equivalent legal qualification with enrollment under a State Bar Council in India
6+ years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in an in-house legal team or at a firm with a significant tech or Saa S client base
Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Saa S Subscription Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Vendor/Procurement Agreements
Working knowledge of global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and DPDPA
Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks such as the EU AI Act and US AI regulations
