- Review contracts and legal documents from a business risk and control perspective, beyond formal legal compliance.
- Apply professional judgment to identify material contractual risks relevant to the Company's business model and operations.
- Provide practical recommendations balancing risk control with business feasibility.
- Manage contract processes including classification, documentation, monitoring, and renewal tracking.
- Identify recurring risk patterns and escalate material issues within the risk management framework.
- Design and improve contract review standards, approval workflows, and management processes.
- Utilize and propose IT-based solutions (workflow tools, contract databases, digital tracking) to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging risk trends to strengthen contract risk management.
