- Contract Management: Execute and manage service contracts as per defined SOPs - Order Processing: Handle booking and processing of customer orders - Stakeholder Coordination: Work with proposal, delivery, billing, and regional teams - Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit, financial, and contractual guidelines - Reporting: Extract and publish operational reports for stakeholders - Data Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for deviations and process gaps - Communication: Use MS Teams and Outlook for cross-functional coordination - Documentation: Maintain records of contracts, workflows, and process deviations - Tools Usage: Work on SAP, IFS, MS Office, and QuickBase applications - Process Improvement: Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives - Customer Support: Ensure smooth contract execution and customer satisfaction
