Continuous Improvement Lead

Overview

Continuous Improvement Engineer – location: Bristol (On-site). Salary up to £60,000 + excellent benefits + up to 7.5% bonus. Company: BMR Solutions Ltd (Recruitment Partner).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business.
• Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality).
• Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving.
• Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality).
• Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
