Continuous Improvement Engineer- 1St Shift- (Onsite)

What You Will Do

• Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream/Business Unit to determine opportunities for improvement.
• Along with the functional team, creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.
• Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream/Business Unit.
• Foster project management discipline, providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition and closure of projects, providing support to the Management of Change.
• Fosters a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by acting as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department.
• Collaborates with local and Corporate’s Continuous Improvement organization.
