**Job Overview**
Reporting to Sr. Director of Global Continuous Improvement, the Manager Continous Imrovement (TEOA) EMEA will provide overall leadership for the deployment and achievement of TEOA goals across all locations of the Sensors BU in EMEA. This position is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of TE Operating Advantage, allowing and enabling the business to achieve Hoshin goals and meet business objectives.

+ Lead the Continous Improvement (TEOA) attainment plan for the EMEA region, including specific tools, metrics, star-level targets, key KPIs, and supporting actions required to achieve TEOA goals.
