Responsibilities PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop, review, revise, and coordinate 15th Wing (15 WG) Operational Plans (OPLANS), manage organization, function, and equipment of the Integrated Wing Operations Center (IWOC), and direct the training, organization, and function of Group and Unit Control Centers (GCC/UCCs) for all United States Air Force (USAF) tenants on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JB PH-H) in coordination with the Joint Base Emergency Manager (JBEM) and the Commander, JB PH-H. To function as the Unit Deployment Manager (UDM) ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) requirements.
