Content & SOPs Specialist

Delivery Hero in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an individual to assist with maintaining accurate content across multiple platforms. This role involves supporting updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), liaising with local teams for translations, and assisting the Manager with various ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess good English communication skills, familiarity with Customer Service SOPs, and a meticulous approach to work.
