You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-converting video assets for our household and personal care brands The ideal candidate has a social-first mindset, knowing exactly how to edit for the TikTok and Shopee/Lazada algorithms to drive both engagement and sales. Strategy & Scripting: Research and conceptualize original short-form video ideas and write high-retention scripts that include hooks, dialogue, visual cues, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
Production & Cinematography: Lead the execution of photography and videography sessions, including product close-ups, lifestyle demonstrations, and creative promotional content.
Technical Direction: Set up and operate professional-grade cameras, stabilizers, and studio lighting (e.g., 3 point lighting) to ensure premium visual output.
