Content Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are a Singaporean digital marketing agency that helps businesses stay top of mind, build trust and get more enquiries via social media content marketing and paid ads. We work with mainly service-based businesses.

You’ll coordinate content delivery for 1–2 active projects. The editor and graphic designer are already in place. Your job is to provide clear direction, keep timelines on track, and make sure the output is right before it goes out. The project manager will provide you with guidance.

• Write content briefs for the video editor and graphic designer
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Write captions and hashtag sets for posts
• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms
• Flag problems early
• Attend a short weekly check‑in (30–45 min)
