CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE

Summary You will serve as a CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE in the Patient Administration Department of NMRTC CAMP LEJEUNE NC. Responsibilities You will provide administrative support services to service members undergoing processing through the MEB and the entire DES. You will explain significance of completion of forms (intake form, physical form) to ensure all conditions are assessed accurately during the MEB process. You will gather required documentation from physicians, member, and parent command to ensure all abnormal conditions are assessed and coordinates consultation to specialty clinics if necessary. You will ensure that each case is procedurally correct, complete, consistent, compliant, and authentic. You will complete record after patient has met the medical board, typed additional entries/forms, and obtained necessary signatures.
