About the role As a Contact Centre Consultant - Card Call Centre - Inbound (SG) MY at CIMB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and enquiries related to our credit card services. What you'll be doing
Handle customers' enquiries on the Bank's products and services.
Process customers' transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.
Respond to customers' requests efficiently.
Respond to customers' complaints promptly.
Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner. What we're looking for
