Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex enquiries? We're looking for Contact Centre Advisers to join our award-winning team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern from 8:00am to 17:00, you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekend working. Following an initial induction and supported training period, we can offer hybrid working. Our offices are based in Spinningfields, Manchester, conveniently located close to train and tram links.

For over 160 years, the General Medical Council (GMC) has been helping to protect patients and improve medical education and practice in the UK by setting standards for students and doctors, and more recently Physician and Anaesthesia associates. We support them in achieving (and exceeding) those standards and act when they are not met.
