Consumer/Civil Litigation Attorney

This is a remote position. Consumer-protection firm representing homeowners in disputes with residential solar contractors, financiers, and servicers. Our matters typically involve rescission, UCL/CLRA-type claims, contract disputes, and consumer arbitrations. We are looking for an experienced attorney to take on a recurring role speaking directly with clients, advising on strategy, and moving matters forward starting on a project basis with the intent to convert to an ongoing Remote Associate arrangement (approximately 1020 hours per week) if the fit is right.
