Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for enabling and accelerating the adoption of SAP solutions through the creation and management of learning content and user support using SAP Enable Now, acting as a bridge between SAP functional knowledge and the operational needs of end users. The role translates SAP processes, transactions, and workflows into clear, actionable, and performance-oriented materials, facilitating effective system usage and operational continuity.

Works in close collaboration with SAP functional and technical consultants, Change and Training teams, and business areas, ensuring that content is aligned with business processes, the timing of change, and the needs of each audience. The role maintains a constant focus on adoption, user experience, and operational effectiveness, contributing to a smooth and sustainable transition toward new SAP models and solutions.
