Consultant with Experience in The Norwegian Early Education

This aim of this consultancy is to develop a new Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) teaching curriculum for 5-10-year-old resettlement refugees, disaggregated with distinct learning objectives and activities for 5-7-year-olds and 8-10-year-olds.
Methodology for 5-10-year-olds:
The curriculum for 5-10-year-olds will target younger children (5-7-year-olds) that are the age to enter Norwegian kindergarten and grades 1 and 2 in Norwegian Primary School, and older children (8-10-year-olds) that will enter grades 3 through 5 in Norwegian Primary School. The orientation sessions will model the activities and teaching methods that these children will experience in Norwegian kindergarten and Primary School.
The objectives of PDO for the 5-10-year-old age group are to:
- Inform the children about their upcoming resettlement to Norway,
