Consultant V - Sales Enablement & Operations California Account Management

The Consultant V provides strategic and operational process consulting for the California SalesConnect system and renewal systems ecosystem, driving change management through system adoption, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional partners and platforms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading complex transformations, scaling system capabilities, enabling user upskilling, and designing client service models, with a proven ability to execute in highly matrixed environments and lead through direct or indirect influence.
