Responsibilities
- Telephone technical advice primarily for business partners (installers) as Level 1 support
- Support for field service operations
- Selling repair services and coordinating processing: quotations, work orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals
- Assistance in handling problematic installations/systems
- Tele‑diagnostics using digital tools
- Sales of spare parts and repair services with coordination of processing: quotations, orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training in HVAC with further vocational/professional development
- Expert advice on hydraulic, refrigeration, and electrical matters
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Safeguarding Viessmann's interests when dealing with customers
